整體移動噴漆房溫濕度控制介紹
(1)濕度控制的原理是在集中烘房。如果沒有冷空氣，只有加熱室和煙室的熱空氣在里面循環。如果有冷空氣進入，在除濕門靈活控制的情況下，只要控制冷空氣進入門的大小，除濕門必然會自行打開，房間內的潮濕空氣就會被排出。此時通過除濕門排出。

移動門架立柱和橫梁骨架采用40601.5鍍鋅方管焊接立柱門架結構。龍門立柱橫梁采用1.5mm厚鍍鋅板噴涂。移動龍門架底部兩側安裝1.5KW驅動電機、減速機和配電軸。動力分配兩端安裝主動鏈輪，動力通過鏈條傳遞到門架底部的主動移動輪上。左右各有1組驅動輪，每組有2個驅動輪。活動房伸縮支架由活動立式支架、橫梁和活動滑輪組成。豎向支撐采用60401.5矩形管焊接成矩形框架結構，尺寸為L3500W350，橫撐每隔750mm抽出。橫梁做成L12700W350的矩形框架結構，每750mm拉一次橫撐，橫撐之間用40201.5的矩形管做斜撐，12組垂直支撐和梁結構。尾部一套為固定支架，一套為移動支架。立式支架與橫梁內壁貼PVC布，鍍鋅壓條做壓板，支架內肋與橫梁內肋用斜撐連接消除移動框架的橫向撓度變形。本設備主要為噴漆作業提供專用環境，滿足噴漆作業對溫度、濕度、光照、空氣潔凈度等方面的要求。移動式噴漆房是一種環保型涂裝設備。

The vertical support and the inner wall of the beam are pasted with PVC cloth, the galvanized batten is used as the pressing plate, and the inner ribs of the support and the beam are connected with slant support to eliminate the lateral deflection deformation of the moving frame.
