焊接煙塵凈化系統也可分為很多種形式，但大多數情況采用濾筒是除塵器。濾筒式除塵器優勢在于設備體積小過濾面積大，凈化精度高等。

4焊接煙塵的控制系統

控制系統主要分為兩種形式：

一是變頻控制系統，此控制系統需硬件配備變頻風機，電控管道風閥感應器件等。達到根據開工工位數量進行主機的變頻控制同事控制管道通風管路，已達到定向輸送吸風，節省運行能源的目的。

One is the variable frequency control system, which requires hardware equipped with variable frequency fans, induction devices for electric control pipeline air valves, etc. To achieve frequency conversion control of the main machine based on the number of workstations, and to control the ventilation pipes and pipelines, the goal of directional conveying and air suction has been achieved, saving operating energy.

二是非變頻控制系統，此控制系統相對較為簡單，設置主機開關，手動調節管道風閥。此系統相對較為簡單實用。

一般這兩種系統需要主機包含脈沖反吹功能。
