分子篩吸附濃縮轉輪裝置ZCR（Zeolite Concentrator Rotor），是20世紀70年代后期發展起來的，Napotec?分子篩吸附材料附著于蜂窩狀多孔載體上制備而成的一種轉動吸附設備。

The Zeolite Concentrator Rotary (ZCR), a molecular sieve adsorption and concentration device, was developed in the late 1970s by Napotec? A rotating adsorption device prepared by attaching molecular sieve adsorbent material onto a honeycomb porous carrier.

沸石分子篩轉輪吸附濃縮系統利用吸附-脫附濃縮-冷卻這一連續性過程，對VOCs廢氣進行吸附濃縮。其基本原理如下：

The zeolite molecular sieve rotary adsorption concentration system utilizes a continuous process of adsorption desorption concentration cooling to adsorb and concentrate VOCs waste gas. The basic principle is as follows:

1.沸石分子篩轉輪分為吸附區、脫附區和冷卻區三個功能區域，沸石分子篩轉輪在各個功能區域內連續運轉。

1. The zeolite molecular sieve wheel is divided into three functional areas: adsorption area, desorption area, and cooling area. The zeolite molecular sieve wheel operates continuously in each functional area.

2.廢氣通過前置的過濾器后，送至沸石分子篩轉輪的吸附區。在吸附區（吸附區面積為S1）有機廢氣中VOCs被沸石分子篩吸附除去，有機廢氣被凈化后從沸石分子篩轉輪處理區排出。

2. After passing through the pre filter, the exhaust gas is sent to the adsorption area of the zeolite molecular sieve wheel. VOCs in organic waste gas are adsorbed and removed by zeolite molecular sieves in the adsorption zone (with an adsorption area of S1), and the organic waste gas is purified and discharged from the zeolite molecular sieve rotary processing area.

3.吸附在分子篩轉輪中的VOCs，在脫附區（脫附區面積為S2）經過約220℃小風量的熱風處理而被脫附、濃縮，濃縮倍數一般為5~25倍。

3. The VOCs adsorbed in the molecular sieve impeller are desorbed and concentrated in the desorption zone (with an area of S2) after a small amount of hot air treatment at about 220 ℃, with a concentration factor of generally 5-25 times.

濃縮倍數n=( S1×V1)/ (S2×V2)），其中S1/S2=10:1，V1/V2=(0.5~2.5)

Concentration ratio n=(S1 x V1)/(S2 x V2), where S1/S2=10:1 and V1/V2=(0.5-2.5)

4.再生后的沸石分子篩轉輪在冷卻區被冷卻。經過冷卻區的空氣，經過加熱后作為再生空氣使用，達到節能的效果。

4. The regenerated zeolite molecular sieve wheel is cooled in the cooling zone. The air passing through the cooling zone is heated and used as regenerated air to achieve energy-saving effects.
