夏季高溫季節(jié)，做好機(jī)械設(shè)備的維護(hù)保養(yǎng)工作，能有效減少摩擦和設(shè)備零部件的磨損，延長(zhǎng)使用壽命，充分發(fā)揮設(shè)備的效能。今天我們就講講噴涂自動(dòng)線鏈條的保養(yǎng)要點(diǎn)。

　　During the high temperature season in summer, proper maintenance and upkeep of mechanical equipment can effectively reduce friction and wear of equipment components, extend their service life, and fully utilize the efficiency of the equipment. Today we will talk about the maintenance points of the spray automatic line chain.

　　一、每周定期檢查.檢查鏈條的運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)是否有異響有無咬齒現(xiàn)象.檢查防卡線裝置的松緊度是否正常.檢查自轉(zhuǎn)的傳動(dòng)帶是否需要更換.檢查傳動(dòng)軸鏈接齒有無異常.檢查鏈條有無拉長(zhǎng)現(xiàn)象，過長(zhǎng)需調(diào)節(jié)

　　1、 Regular weekly inspections Check if there is any abnormal noise or biting phenomenon in the operation of the chain Check if the tightness of the anti jam wire device is normal Check if the rotating drive belt needs to be replaced Check for any abnormalities in the connecting teeth of the drive shaft Check if the chain is stretched, adjust if it is too long

　　二、設(shè)置自動(dòng)潤(rùn)滑裝置鏵光的自動(dòng)線都標(biāo)配了液體自動(dòng)打油裝置，所用的油品為液體重型齒輪油，調(diào)整調(diào)節(jié)毛刷的角度，線體開動(dòng)后，鏈條經(jīng)過毛刷完成潤(rùn)滑。通常毛刷調(diào)節(jié)為一支潤(rùn)滑導(dǎo)輪軸承，一支潤(rùn)滑鏈條滾筒。自動(dòng)打油的時(shí)間可自由設(shè)置，打油間隔時(shí)間、單次打油所需時(shí)間均可設(shè)置，具體的時(shí)間請(qǐng)依據(jù)線體實(shí)際長(zhǎng)度而定，當(dāng)油壺油量低時(shí)會(huì)有提醒，請(qǐng)及時(shí)換入新油；建議每2小時(shí)啟動(dòng)一次，啟動(dòng)時(shí)間為半小時(shí)，并將出油管的球閥關(guān)到最少，以此作為參考

　　2、 The automatic lines with automatic lubrication devices are equipped with liquid automatic oiling devices as standard. The oil used is liquid heavy-duty gear oil, and the angle of the brush is adjusted. After the line is started, the chain is lubricated by the brush. Usually, the brush is adjusted to a lubricating guide wheel bearing and a lubricating chain drum. The time for automatic oiling can be freely set, including the interval between oiling and the time required for a single oiling. The specific time depends on the actual length of the line. When the oil level in the oil tank is low, there will be a reminder to replace it with new oil in a timely manner; It is recommended to start every 2 hours, with a start-up time of half an hour, and close the ball valve of the oil outlet pipe to the minimum as a reference

　　三、手動(dòng)涂抹潤(rùn)滑脂鏈條的固體潤(rùn)滑油請(qǐng)至少每個(gè)月進(jìn)行一次手工涂覆在鏈條上，油品請(qǐng)到我司購(gòu)買涂裝線專用耐溫固體油，以避免購(gòu)買到不符要求的油品，潤(rùn)滑效果不佳導(dǎo)致鏈條損壞的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)

　　3、 Please manually apply solid lubricating oil to the chain at least once a month. The oil should be purchased from our company as a temperature resistant solid oil for the coating line to avoid the risk of chain damage caused by poor lubrication effect due to purchasing oil that does not meet the requirements
