冷風(fēng)閥安裝在鍋爐出口煙道上，或采取灑水減溫措施。鍋爐除塵器設(shè)計采用冷風(fēng)閥。當(dāng)煙氣溫度達(dá)到一定水平時，冷風(fēng)閥打開，煙氣溫度可迅速降低；如果煙氣溫度持續(xù)升高到進(jìn)氣閥打開溫度，每個房間的升降閥關(guān)閉進(jìn)氣閥打開，煙氣直接通過旁通煙道排出。

The cold air valve is installed on the outlet flue of the boiler, or water spraying measures are taken to reduce temperature. The design of the boiler dust collector adopts a cold air valve. 三、布袋磨損的主要原因有：

1)煙氣分布不均勻，氣室局部過濾風(fēng)速過高，加重粉塵沖擊，磨損布袋；2）布袋間距離過小，或籠骨彎曲，籠骨與布袋底部間隙過小，3）噴嘴與布袋口垂直誤差直接沖刷布袋上部磨損；4）布袋清洗過頻繁或噴射壓力過高也會加速布袋的磨損。
